Services include, but are not limited to:

Cruise and vacation research

Customized itinerary planning

Vendor coordination with cruise lines, hotels, and travel suppliers

Group and charter cruise setup and management

Booking assistance and post-booking support

Ongoing travel monitoring and client communication

Clients may receive email, phone, and SMS communications related to inquiries, bookings, payments, service coordination, itinerary updates, reminders, and customer support after opting in. Messaging frequency varies based on client interaction and booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. All services are provided in accordance with Cruise Planners' policies and applicable travel industry regulations.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the 561-220-0775. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

services are provided by MICHAEL TURELL JR, an independent travel advisor operating within the Cruise Planners

franchise network, doing business as Mikey Adventures Travel.

1. Scope of Services

MICHAEL TURELL JR provides professional travel advisory services, including cruise research, itinerary planning, and fare

monitoring, vendor coordination, booking assistance, group and charter setup, and post-booking support.

Services may apply to individual travelers, groups, or charter bookings.

2. Planning & Management Fees

A non-refundable Planning & Management Fee may be required to begin cruise planning and coordination

services. These fees are separate from cruise fares, taxes, and cruise line charges. All Planning & Management

Fees are non-refundable regardless of booking outcome, availability, price changes, or client cancellation.

3. Virgin Voyages Individual Booking Exception

For individual bookings only (1–4 cabins): Clients who choose Virgin Voyages may book directly through the

official Virgin Voyages website without incurring a Planning & Management Fee, provided the booking is

completed directly online and Michael Turell is selected and retained as the travel advisor by choosing “YES,

KEEP BOOKING WITH ADVISOR.” If the advisor is removed, standard fees may apply.

4. Groups & Charter Bookings

Planning & Management Fees always apply to group bookings (5 or more cabins), hosted group sailings, partial

or full ship charters, and corporate or private event cruises. Additional contracts, deposits, and vendor terms may apply.

5. Cruise Line Policies & Age Restrictions policy

All cruise line policies are governed by the selected cruise line. Virgin Voyages is an adults-only cruise line. All

sailors must be 18 years or older. Family-friendly cruise lines are available upon request.

6. Payments, Pricing & Changes

Cruise fares and availability are controlled by cruise lines and subject to change. MICHAEL TURELL JR is not

responsible for price changes after booking. Cancellation penalties or change fees imposed by suppliers are the client’s responsibility.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting a form through book.mikeyadventurestravel.com, you consent to receive transactional and

service-related communications via email and/or SMS. Marketing messages require separate opt-in consent.

MICHAEL TURELL JR is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, weather events, schedule changes, mechanical issues, lost property, illness, injury, or events beyond reasonable control.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a request, making a payment, or proceeding with a booking through book.mikeyadventurestravel.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including all Planning & Management Fee policies.
